Terms and Conditions – Bet Pro App Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bet Pro App — whether on desktop, mobile browser or the dedicated mobile app — you are entering into a binding agreement with us. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including visitors who browse the platform without registering and registered members who place bets, play casino games or participate in any promotions.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically to stay informed of any changes. The most recent version of these terms will always be available at /terms-conditions.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which form part of the agreement between you and Bet Pro App.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Bet Pro App is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place bets or play any casino games on this platform. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use any part of this platform and must leave immediately.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or making deposits.
• You are aware that betting involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
• You are using your own funds and are not using funds obtained through illegal means.

Bet Pro App reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on Bet Pro App. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Bet Pro App will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately via the details at the bottom of this page.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on Bet Pro App are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards and mobile wallets.

Regarding deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Bet Pro App reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.

Bet Pro App does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Bet Pro App, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other markets available on the platform.

• Bet placement: Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided at Bet Pro App's discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change right up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting: Live bets are accepted subject to event progress. Bet Pro App may suspend markets at any time during live events without prior notice.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided in the event of an abandoned or postponed match, a data error or if a market is settled incorrectly. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.
• Winnings: Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement. For Cricket matches — including PSL fixtures — settlement is based on official scorecards from recognised governing bodies.
• Maximum winnings: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies and varies by sport and market. This limit is displayed when placing a bet.

Bet Pro App reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a clearly mispriced market, or placed using any form of automated betting software. Decisions made by Bet Pro App regarding bet settlement are final.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bet Pro App offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to major cricket tournaments including the Pakistan Super League. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered users who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. This requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering (after the wagering requirement is met) are withdrawable, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the promotion.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bet Pro App reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus funds not yet wagered at the time of cancellation will be removed from your account.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any form of bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

Bet Pro App is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all users to treat the platform as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits around time and money spent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to access the platform or other users' accounts through hacking, phishing or any other unauthorised method.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for other bettors.
• Any behaviour that disrupts the fair operation of the platform or negatively affects other users.

Bet Pro App monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate and take action on any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account suspension in these cases are final.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Bet Pro App collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you are encouraged to read in full. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, we collect data that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, provide customer support and comply with our internal security and fraud prevention obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bet Pro App provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical errors outside our reasonable control.
• Delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data feed interruptions.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Loss of data caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, server outages or natural disasters.

To the fullest extent permitted, Bet Pro App's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

Bet Pro App may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown in the table of contents. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify registered users through the platform or via the contact details held on their account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Bet Pro App also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, game, market or promotion on the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.
